A Structured Path for Lasting Change
Join us for a 9-day Beyond Addiction immersion in Vancouver, Canada, followed by a 4-month online integration process.
Together, we will explore the habits and coping strategies that influence your daily life.
These patterns may look like pushing beyond your limits, turning to distraction when uncomfortable, staying busy to avoid slowing down, or relying on familiar habits when stress builds.
Beyond Addiction offers a structured, practice-based approach to understanding and shifting these patterns. Through daily Kundalini Yoga and meditation, group dialogue, and lifestyle support, participants cultivate greater awareness, steadiness, and choice in their responses to life.
The program is organized into 16 progressive modules designed to support long-term change at the level of the nervous system, behaviour, and belief.
Many participants return to the program over time, deepening their practice and refining their understanding.
The program dates are October 20 – 28, 2026, followed by 4 months of online integration with weekly group support.
