The Beyond Addiction program consists of 16 theme-based modules. Many people take the Beyond Addiction program several times – it can become a lifelong journey of self-discovery and self-refinement.
The course comprises a 16-session recovery program which includes Kundalini Yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation, self-reflection, lifestyle and dietary guidelines, group support, stress management, hydrotherapy, naturopathic detoxification and nutritional and herbal supplementation for neurotransmitter and glandular balance.

Beyond Addiction is a program designed for individuals seeking to develop healthy habits and overcome addictive behaviour. For health professionals, yoga teachers, CI practitioners and clients, therapists and anyone who works with addiction, this is a unique opportunity to bring a new understanding and awareness to a complex issue.
For certified Kundalini Yoga teachers who would like to teach a yoga-based addiction recovery program, this is your first step towards this.
Bringing the Beyond Addiction program to Catalunya, Spain, will offer participants an alternative to the limited provisions available for those struggling with addiction or addictive behaviours.

Fly: Barcelona Airport (BCN). We’ll arrange two shuttles on the arrival day once the flight times are confirmed.
Train: AVE to Figueres-Vilafant. Taxi or pickup from there.
Bus: Hourly buses from Barcelona to Besalú.
Car: We can help coordinate shared rentals. By car, it is 1hr 30 minutes from Barcelona

Because of the remote and peaceful location, the only option is to join the training with full accommodation.
We’ve negotiated the best possible rate so you can relax and fully focus on your inner work, without having to organize meals, logistics during your stay.
You simply arrive, settle in and show up for yourself.
