Nyana Sabharwal, is the founder of Safe Space, an organisation working in the space of trauma and healing. She is a trauma psychotherapist, and a Kundalini yoga (KY) practitioner and in process of being certified as a KY teacher.

Her area of work includes trauma, addictions, suicide bereavement and adverse childhood experiences and its impact on the human potential. She uses a mind, body, soul approach to support clients to begin to reimagine their life, and innate potential beyond the trauma experience.

The fact that Nyana Sabharwal is a suicide loss survivor adds a deeply personal dimension to her work, and the creation of “We Hear You,” a support group for suicide bereavement, is her commitment to giving people who have suffered the profound loss of a loved one to suicide a place to feel safe. Her desire is to support people in understanding and healing trauma, grief and suicidality.

Nyana is committed to creating a more conscious and compassionate world through the integration of science and ancient wisdom, in her work and lifepath choice.
