Join us for a unique 9-day immersion for women. The facilitators are consciously creating a pop-up ashram experience in a beautiful, spacious, private residence in Los Angeles. We will gather together to cultivate healthy habits, explore the root cause of self defeating behaviors, gain understanding and choice around our behaviors, and most importantly…to build community in order to support ongoing connection and healing.
The immersion is suitable for women in recovery, therapists, students, health practitioners, yoga teachers and anyone else who is seeking positive change and guidance in developing a spiritual practice.
No prior experience with yoga is necessary.
There are two options to accommodate our participants range of needs. You may choose to stay at the house with the trainers (the house sleeps 10). Or you may commute. The program is limited to a maximum of 16 participants. We will be offering traditional morning sadhana, preparing meals together, and relaxing together in the evening. The house has a gym, washer/dryer, pingpong, pool table, and wifi.
Included in the course fee is a 4-month home practice program with online yoga videos and webinars taught by Sat Dharam Kaur ND and teaching clips from Dr. Gabor Maté, and weekly facilitated group support.
You will learn to:
