Join us at this immersion course for new participants as well as for those who have taken the program before who are wanting to certify as Instructors and Trainers. New participants will be taught the program by a variety of instructors and trainers supervised by Sat Dharam Kaur. You will learn to:
- Use Kundalini Yoga and meditation to rejuvenate body, mind and spirit
- Utilize yogic techniques to decrease cravings
- Restore the nervous system, brain, frontal lobe and adrenal glands with yoga and naturopathic therapies
- Access your spiritual centre and learn to rely on your Higher Self
- Develop neutrality and clear subconscious patterns
- Manage your reactions to people and events
- Enhance communication and relationship skills
- Make a healthy shift in perspective and attitude
Potential Instructors and Trainers will be assigned kriyas and/or modules to teach and will be coached as well as assessed on their teaching ability. This program is mandatory for anyone wishing to become an approved Beyond Addiction trainer. Potential trainers must have completed the program at least two times before and have taught it twice as a yoga series and twice as a full program. Successful completion of this program will allow you to teach the Beyond Addiction program as an associate, professional or lead trainer internationally..
